"Hewlett-Packard Company or HP (styled as lower case on its official logo) is a U.S. based multinational information technology corporation headquartered in Palo Alto, California, United States. It provides hardware, software and services to consumers, small- and medium-sized businesses (SMBs) and large enterprises, including customers in the government, health and education sectors. It is the second manufacturer of computers worldwide. HP is the world's leading PC
manufacturer. It was established on January 1, 1939. HP is recognized as the symbolic founder of Silicon Valley. It has acquired several other important companies of the same sector such as Compaq, Palm, etc."
The flag is a horizontal white flag with the logo (en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Hewlett-Packard) in the middle and its motto "invent" in black lower case below, as seen here: www.portafolio.co. Since this logo was used from used from 1981 to 2008, it is possible that this flag is an obsolete flag and a new flag is currently being used.
A variant 90-year (1939-2009) comemmorative flag was devised by the company, featuring "HP's 50th anniversary symbol", seen here: http://www.hpmemory.org
